Anyone can submit an article. Publishing adds it to the shared library and removes it from the queue. Rejecting deletes the submission.

Storing screenshots as separate files in K:\Attachments\kb-images keeps the library file small, so it loads and refreshes much faster. This writes a new, smaller library file and leaves your current one unchanged. Works in Chrome and Edge.
Used by the Copy link button on each article to build a direct link like …knowledge-desk.html#KB-0001. Leave blank to use the address this app is opened from. Set it to one path everyone can reach (an http or https intranet address is most reliable; file paths often won't open from email) so shared links work for the whole team.
